We stayed for my sister's 50th birthday and it was a perfect location with easy to great restaurants and downtown. Steve was a wonderful host that was quick to respond when needed. I'd definitely recommend for anyone who seeks an area close enough to downtown to enjoy it and have some peace away from it. Great place for a group very close to Broadway. I will stay at this place again and have already recommended it to future groups. I had a group of 8 and rented out both apartments (A & B). The place is very nice and has a “home” feel to it. Plenty of space and room for a close knit group. Lyft and Uber rides were cheap to Broadway, due to distance and the area was quiet.
