The space
Whiskey & Water is built for groups who want room to spread out and still end up on the same rooftop by night. Bachelorette parties, family reunions, and milestone weekends all find their footing here, two homes apart but one plan together.
Home 1 holds three bedrooms plus a pull-out sofa in the living room, its kitchen opening straight onto the dining and lounge space so whoever's cooking never misses the conversation. Its rooftop deck centers on a hot tub with skyline views, the spot where the group tends to land before anyone even suggests it.
Home 2 mirrors it bedroom for bedroom, with its own kitchen, living room, and a second rooftop deck built around a fire pit and gas grill for the group's own cookouts after dark. It also has a built-in makeup and getting-ready area, handy for a bachelorette crew doing hair and makeup together before a night out.
Spend the afternoon along Broadway or wandering Germantown, grill out as the sun drops, then regroup on whichever rooftop calls to you, a hot tub soak on one side or fire pit stories on the other, before everyone splits back to their own home to actually sleep.
