The space
Your group spreads out into four bedrooms at night, then regroups in a backyard built for competition, giant chess, cornhole, and a hammock strung under a fence mural spelling out Nashville. Inside, the main living space keeps everyone together instead of splitting off to separate rooms.
The kitchen opens straight onto the game room, so whoever's cooking on the gas stove and pot filler faucet never misses a shot at the pool or poker table. Outside, the hot tub and a putting green anchor the stay, giving the group two easy ways to unwind between rounds.
