The space
East Luxe is built for a crowd that wants to spread out during the day and regroup at night without ever leaving the house. The open kitchen and living room keep the group together over coffee or a late arrival, while four real bedrooms give everyone a door to close when they need quiet. The game room is the heart of the house, with a ping pong table for tournaments that run long after dinner.
Each of the four bathrooms has its own personality, from a herringbone tile shower to a HOWDY-themed curtain, so getting ready never feels like standing in line. A day out exploring East Nashville and Broadway gives way to ping pong rematches and a group dinner around the kitchen island, then everyone splits off to their own bedroom to recharge for the next day.
