The space
UPSTAGE is built for a group that wants to actually hang out together, not scatter across separate floors all weekend. The main level opens up big, with an island kitchen flowing straight into a sectional lounge, a media room made for group movie nights, and a kitchenette tucked nearby that doubles as a game room.
Every one of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom, so there's no line forming in the hallway before dinner plans. That kind of privacy inside a shared house is what makes big groups actually work. The two decks are the real draw.
One holds a giant chess set and lounge seating over the skyline, the other sets up an outdoor dining table under string lights next to the grill, so the whole group can eat together before the sun goes down.
Grill out on the deck as the sky turns pink, play a round of chess under the string lights, then head down to the media room for a movie or the kitchenette's board games before everyone retreats to their own ensuite bedroom.
