The space
Every bedroom at UPSTAGE opens onto its own bathroom, so four couples or friend groups can get ready at the same time without lining up for a shower. That kind of privacy is rare in a house built for a crowd.
Downstairs, the open kitchen island and sectional living room keep the group together, with a wet bar kitchenette tucked nearby that doubles as a game room, its dining table set with a chess board and a shelf of board games overhead. A media room with a 70" TV gives the house a second hangout spot when the group wants to split off for movie night.
Upstairs, two furnished decks stretch out over the skyline, one set up for lounging with sofas and outdoor seating, the other holding a giant chess set for slower afternoons. Grill dinner up top as the sky turns pink, trade chess moves or board games in the wet bar lounge, settle into the media room after dark, then everyone peels off to their own ensuite bedroom to actually sleep.
