We had a great time and our stay was close to Broadway. Met all expectations! Rooftop was amazing and house was very clean! Host was very responsive. Had a great weekend!

Unfortunately, this home was not very clean when we arrived and did not match the condition we expected based on the listing. There were stains and visible dirt throughout the home, including on the furniture, rugs, walls, and bedding. Overall, the property felt poorly maintained and unsanitary, which was extremely disappointing after traveling and expecting a clean place to stay.
We contacted the host shortly after arriving and I will say he was very responsive and apologetic. We ended up getting a full refund because photos in the listing definitely did not reflect what we walked into. For the price and the cleaning standards expected from an Airbnb, this was unacceptable. I would not stay here again and would recommend that future guests carefully consider the cleanliness concerns before booking.

It was such a fun place to stay with the karaoke in the garage and the rooftop. Communicate was also great! We will definitely be back!!

This place was adorable. The perfect place for a bachelorette party or a family stay. It was a little crazy for a small town gal to be in the big city with all the traffic and all that comes with the big city, however the house was the highlight of the trip. A safe place to rest each night. The view from the top was gorgeous as well as the house decor. Steve was quick to respond to help us whenever we had a question. If we are ever in the Nashville area again, there is no doubt we will be looking to rent here again. Thanks for a great stay Steve!

We stayed here for my bachelorette. Such a beautiful place with skyline views! There was 7 girls total and it fit everyone with plenty of extra space. Steve was super responsive when it came to any of the questions I had. Will definitely be staying here again when there's a large group!
