The space
This is a house built for a group that wants its own stage, not just a living room. Four bedrooms and four full bathrooms mean nobody is waiting in line, and the open kitchen keeps the cook part of the conversation instead of stuck behind a wall. The karaoke room is the centerpiece: a real stage with microphones, a guitar, concert posters, and a disco ball throwing light across the blue sofas.
Next door, the game room keeps the competition going with a ping pong table under a mural wall. The kitchen carries its own Music City energy, with a marble island built for a wine and cheese spread, a teal accent wall lit by a neon Nashville sign, and a separate wet bar with a wine fridge for mixing drinks before the group heads out.
Spend the afternoon at The Parthenon or Centennial Park, come back for cocktails at the wet bar, then take turns on the karaoke stage and the ping pong table until everyone's ready to crash in one of four bedrooms.
