It is the kind of space where the night turns into a sing-along without anyone planning it. The kitchen opens straight into the dining and living area, island and stainless appliances keeping the cook in the middle of the conversation instead of stuck behind a wall. The home itself is nice and comfortably slept 11 people. The rooftop was quite nice and fun to hangout at. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, and is just a short Uber away to downtown.
The main floor shower wasn’t draining when we arrived, but after contacting the host they promptly came to fix it the next day.
The rules for this Airbnb were a bit stingy, with them only offering a set amount of trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc. which I haven’t seen before at an Airbnb and made cleaning up harder for guests because we had to go buy items just to clean up. They also use a guest portal that requires you to pay either $89 nonrefundable or $1500 temporary hold just to get the entrance code, which also inconvenient.
Overall, it was a fine stay but definitely more inconvenient than other BnBs I’ve used.

This space was a great choice for our party of 12. We spent most of our time around the Broadway area, and since this location was a drive away, the included flyer with contact information to book a van for transportation to-and-fro was a lifesaver- we used that every day!
The house itself was great, with plenty of space to never feel crammed or on top of each other. The rooftop was especially liked. My only recommendation is for the host to include more towels (we only had 1 per guest- this was a bachelorette party, most girls like 2 towels for shower) and access to more trash bags. We aren't raccoons by any means, but we were scrounging for additional trash bags just 1 day into our trip.
Communication was prompt, although some back-and-forth may have been ai, providing more ambiguous answers to questions like "are there any additional trash bags?" (We were told to check all the drawers in the house, lol).

What a beautiful property. The roof top was my favorite part. I loved how close the property was from downtown!

Airbnb
House was very nice and spacious for 12 people. Just in case you missed it, be aware that you do have to purchase insurance through a third-party site for $89 non-refundable fee and $1500 refundable fee. They were very responsive!
