The space
Two front doors, two kitchens, two rooftop hot tubs, and a group too big for one house. This is a double booking built for bachelorette weekends, reunions, and friend trips that need room to spread out and still end up in the same place after dark. Home 1 sleeps 15 across four bedrooms, with a king room, a queen room, a room with six double beds, and a bonus room with three doubles plus a sofa bed.
Its kitchen opens straight to the living area, and its own Green Room Bonus lounge keeps things going with ping pong, a bar, and plush seating, right next to its rooftop deck, string lights, and a hot tub looking out over the skyline.
