Sparks & Bubbles lets your group split into two houses and still end every night on the same skyline. Home 1 (Bubbles) is where the Rooftop Deck holds the hot tub, glowing under pink light with lounge seating and a city view. It also has its own kitchen with island bar seating, an open living room, and a workspace tucked off to the side. Home 2 (Sparks) has its own Rooftop Deck built around the fire pit, patio furniture, and gas grill, plus a themed bonus room with comic book wallpaper and its own balcony doorway. Both homes carry through open-concept living, dining space, and hardwood stairways. Spend the day out around East Nashville and Germantown, come back for hot tub soaks in one home and fire pit conversation in the other as the skyline lights up, then split back into two homes so nobody's sleeping on a pull-out unless they want to.
