Bubbles, the first home, holds 4 bedrooms, a chef-style kitchen with light gray woven bar stools at the island, a built-in vanity and makeup area, and its own rooftop hot tub overlooking the city. A pull-out sofa in the living space adds flex sleeping without touching a single bedroom.
Sparks, next door, mirrors it with 4 more bedrooms, a quartz kitchen, designer lighting, and its own rooftop deck centered on the fire pit and gas grill. A second pull-out sofa gives this home the same flexibility. Spend the afternoon exploring Germantown, grill out as the sun drops, then regroup across both rooftops for drinks under the skyline before the group splits back to two separate homes to actually sleep.
