The space
No one's on an air mattress and no one's stuck waiting on a shared bathroom. Two-Step splits your crew across two complete homes, each with its own front door, kitchen, and bedrooms, then pulls everyone back together at the shared gas fire pit after dark.
Home 1 holds four bedrooms plus a bonus room, with two en suite queen rooms that each add a double trundle for extra sleepers, a king suite, and a fourth room with two queens. Its private rooftop deck gives your group a perch over the neighborhood before heading downtown.
Home 2 mirrors it closely, with two en suite queen rooms and trundles, a king suite, a room with two queens sharing a bath, and its own bonus room with single beds and a trundle. It has a second rooftop deck too, so both homes can toast the night separately or the whole group can gather around the fire pit below.
Spend the day at Geodis Park or wandering 12 South and the Gulch, ride into lower Broadway for the honky-tonks, then come home to grill at the fire pit and watch the skyline from the rooftop before the group splits back into two houses to actually sleep.
