The space
Four floors give this Nashville house room to breathe, with bedrooms tucked above an open kitchen and living room built for a crowd that wants to cook, talk, and spread out without getting in each other's way. The second floor holds a bedroom with six twin beds, good for kids or an overflow crew, while two more bedrooms on the third floor split a pair of king beds and a queen.
A fourth bedroom with its own king bed tops the fourth floor, with 4.5 bathrooms shared across the group. Climb the spiral stairs and the real draw is up top: a double-decker rooftop with an 8-person hot tub, lounge seating, a dining table, and a built-in grill station looking out over the skyline.
Inside, a disco-ball theme room and an Elvis Presley wall decal in the kitchen give the group a few photo-op backdrops worth stopping for between floors, playing off the open-concept living space with its fireplace and mounted TV. Spend the day exploring Germantown and downtown, grill out as the sun drops, then head up for hot tub soaks and skyline views before the group settles in for the night.
