The space
Double Down leans into its name with poker tables, bar seating, a projector screen, and arcade games tucked into each home's own game room, built for a group that came to play as hard as it parties. Two complete houses, two kitchens, two living rooms: nobody is splitting one place among 24 people here.
Home 1 opens with a king bedroom, a room built out with 6 double beds, a second king room, and a fourth room with 3 double beds, all backed by a full kitchen, living room, built-in makeup bar for getting ready, and its own rooftop deck with a hot tub.
Home 2 mirrors the scale with two king bedrooms plus two more rooms of 6 and 3 double beds, its own kitchen and living room, a second game room, and a second rooftop hot tub for whichever half of the group ends up there.
Spend the afternoon downtown, grill out on the gas grill come evening, then split between two rooftop decks as the skyline lights up before the group regroups for poker, karaoke, and movie nights on the projector screen in the game rooms.
