The space
Double Down splits your group across two complete homes instead of squeezing everyone into one, so there's a poker table, a bar, and a rooftop hot tub waiting on both sides of the driveway. Nobody's stuck on an air mattress and nobody's fighting over the good bedroom.
Home 1 sleeps its share across four bedrooms, including a king room, a room built for six with double beds, a second king room, and a room set up with three more double beds. Its kitchen opens straight into the living room, so whoever's cooking never gets cut off from the group, and its game room brings a poker table, bar seating, an arcade game, and a projector screen.
Home 2 mirrors that same bed count across its own four bedrooms, two king rooms plus a six-bed double room and a three-bed double room, with its own kitchen, living room, and game room built around another poker table and bar.
Spend the day downtown near Broadway, grill out back at the house, then split off to your own rooftop hot tub as the skyline lights up, or bring both groups up top for one shared toast before the game rooms take over for the night.
