The space
Four bedrooms and four bathrooms mean nobody's waiting in line for a shower or splitting a couch, while the shared spaces pull the whole group back together when it counts. The kitchen island opens straight into the living room, so whoever's cooking is never cut off from the two sofas, armchairs, and TV where the rest of the group is posted up.
A patio dining table strung with lights gives you a spot for a group dinner before the night really gets going. Upstairs, the rooftop deck is the real draw: bar seating, string lights, artificial turf, and a neon Music City sign backing a downtown skyline view that looks just as good at sunset as it does at midnight.
