It works for family reunions, milestone birthdays, or any crew that outgrew a normal rental. Each of the four homes is its own self-contained unit with four bedrooms, a full kitchen, and an open living area with a sectional and mounted TV. That means multiple families or friend groups each get a private home base, while the whole party still gathers together outside. On the rooftops, hot tubs, fire pits, string lights, and bar seating look out over the city, and downstairs the game rooms bring pool tables, arcade machines, and record-lined walls for late-night tournaments.
