The space
Four front doors, four kitchens, and enough bedrooms to keep a reunion, wedding party, or full-blown group trip under one roof code without anyone splitting off to a hotel. Quad Retreat is built for the groups who outgrow a normal rental and still want everyone reachable by a text down the hall.
Each of the four homes is a complete house on its own, with a full kitchen, living room, and four bedrooms, so families or friend groups keep their own space and their own bathroom lineup. Light wood floors, white cabinetry, and marble islands with bar stools run through the kitchens, and the living rooms hold sectional sofas and gallery walls for the crew that just wants to land on a couch.
The rooftop deck is where all four homes reunite, with a hot tub, mini golf, a wet bar, bar seating, string lights, and skyline views over the city. Downstairs, a shared barrel sauna gives the group a spot to unwind between rooftop rounds, and a game room keeps the night going with a pool table and an arcade machine under record-wall art.
