The space
Quad Retreat turns a Nashville weekend into a full takeover: four separate homes and one shared rooftop, with enough room for every friend group, cousin, and plus-one to spread out and still end up in the same place after dark. Each of the four homes holds 4 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and its own living room, so families or friend groups get a private base without feeling cut off from the rest of the crew.
Home 1 and Home 2 each sleep across a king suite, a king-and-queen-loft room, and a room mixing double and single beds, while Home 3 and Home 4 each add two king bedrooms, a queen room, and a room split between full and twin beds. The real gathering spot sits on the shared rooftop deck: a hot tub, mini golf, a wet bar, and lounge seating under string lights with the skyline as the backdrop.
Downstairs, a pool table and arcade machine keep the game room busy on nights nobody wants to stop, and a shared backyard barrel sauna gives the group a place to unwind the morning after. Spend the afternoon at Geodis Park, watch the sunset turn the skyline pink from the rooftop hot tub, then work through a few rounds of mini golf and pool before everyone splits back to their own home to actually sleep.
