Steve from the get go was quick to respond and clear about expectations and with answering my questions. He was also proactive in reaching out before the stay and checking in during the trip. The space was perfect for our bachelorette party of 9. Great host, great space, it was a wonderful trip!

Aside from some minor check in issues that were resolved quickly, we had a great stay. The unit was very clean and so close to Broadway, and other fun locations. We had a great stay and quick response times for any questions.

Upon arrival, the property was not in ready condition. We found dirty surfaces, scuffed floors, tape left on walls, leftover items from previous guests, linens that did not appear clean, pillows in poor condition, and a rooftop that had clearly not been picked up.
We reported these concerns immediately and provided photos. After informing that we were actively using the space and were not comfortable having the cleaning team enter during our stay, a cleaner still entered the property. By the time the host notified us that the cleaning team was on their way and would knock before entering, the cleaner had already arrived and left. No one from our group let her in, and we did not see her until she was already inside.
Wi-Fi did not work for our stay and the page indicated service had been stopped due to a billing issue.
Be aware of the security deposit. It is disclosed in the listing details, but easy to miss while booking and felt inconsistent w airbnbs emphasis on transparent pricing.
