The space
Two front doors mean two groups can spread out without ever feeling cramped, then regroup on matching rooftop decks whenever everyone wants back together. Nothing is shared between the homes, so your whole crew gets exclusive run of both.
Home 1 channels Elvis, with a mural-lined living room under neon light, a jailhouse-themed game room complete with bars and a life-size cutout, and a hallway wall spelling out "Don't you step on my blue suede shoe" in neon script. Its four bedrooms range from a stacked-bed room for the kids to a king suite with its own roll-out bed for extra sleepers.
Next door, Home 2 leans into Nashville's songwriting roots, with guitar artwork lining the dining room walls and an open kitchen spilling into the living space. Its layout mirrors Home 1 room for room, so both homes host identical-size families without anyone feeling shortchanged.
