The space
Luxe View is a modern townhome built for a crew that wants to spread out without splitting up. Four bedrooms and twelve beds mean nobody is fighting over a couch, and the open kitchen keeps the cook in the conversation instead of stuck behind a counter.
The main floor centers on a grey sectional, dining table, and wall-mounted TV, all connected to a kitchen with an island, four bar stools, and a Music City sign overhead. It is the kind of layout that works whether the group is cooking a big breakfast or just piling in after a night out.
Upstairs the bedrooms each have their own character: a king suite with balcony access and a private bath, a room with stacked beds against a bright pink wall, and another with two sets of stacked beds under a yellow accent wall. Spend the day at the Parthenon or Centennial Park, come back for a group dinner at the island, then wind down in the living room before everyone splits off to their own bed.
