The space
A blue neon sign and a Music City marquee greet you in the entryway, setting the tone before you even reach the kitchen. Luxe View is a modern townhome built for groups who want room to spread out without losing each other.
The open-concept main floor carries the group: a grey sectional, armchairs, and a wall-mounted TV face a dining table set for four, with the kitchen island and bar stools just steps away so the cook is never cut out of the conversation. A second living area downstairs with its own sofa and TV gives the group a place to split off for a quieter conversation or a second game on screen.
Upstairs, bold color carries through each bedroom, from a light blue accent wall in the king suite, which opens through glass doors onto its own balcony, to a bright pink room with its own personality. Spend the day exploring The Parthenon and Centennial Park, cook up a group dinner at the island, then wind down over a movie on one of two TVs before everyone heads up for the night.
