The space
This is a house built for a crowd that wants the whole trip to feel like an event. Bachelorette parties, birthday weekends, and big friend groups spread across four floors without losing the group energy, because everyone keeps drifting back to the same shared spaces.
Downstairs, an open concept kitchen and living room flow into a dining area lit by a neon "Taylor can't come to the phone right now" sign, with a "FEARLESS" sign glowing on a dark accent wall nearby and two sofas and yellow armchairs giving the group room to land after a day out. The kitchen island with bar stools keeps the cook part of the conversation instead of stuck behind a counter.
The Green Room is where the night gets loud, with a ping pong table, a bar, a photo-op area, and a luxury lounge setup for anyone waiting their turn.
