The space
Walk in and the Elvis spirit is everywhere: a piano and blue guitar under a neon marquee, a mural in the living room, and a wall of hanging blue suede shoe art that guests stop to photograph before they even unpack. Four bedrooms spread the group out over 11 beds and 4.5 bathrooms, so a group of 12 never has to share a bathroom line in the morning.
The kitchen island opens straight into the living room, so whoever's cooking never misses the conversation happening a few feet away. Downstairs, the garage doubles as a hangout with its own sofa and karaoke setup, backing up the main living room's music lounge for a second place to keep the night going.
Spend the day at Centennial Park or The Parthenon, come back for a group dinner at the island, then split between karaoke in the living room and ping pong in the game room until the house winds down bedroom by bedroom.
