The space
Gulch Groove is built for groups who want their own rooms but one shared home base, four bedrooms deep with a layout that keeps everyone together without anyone on a couch. The kitchen opens straight into the living room, island and bar stools on one side and a sofa, TV, and accent chair on the other, so whoever's cooking never misses the conversation.
The real standout is the garage, converted into a game room with a ping pong table, Connect Four, and a mounted TV for late-night tournaments once everyone's back from exploring. Out front, the building's facade carries balconies along a landscaped walkway, a nice first look before you ever get to the door.
Spend the day at Geodis Park or catching a set at Zanies, grab dinner at Arnold's Country Kitchen, then head home to trade ping pong volleys in the garage before splitting off to your own en-suite room to recharge.
