The space
Four bedrooms, a stocked kitchen, and a garage that nobody expects to find a ping pong table in. Gulch Groove is built for the group that wants real space to spread out and one shared room to end up in every night. The open-concept living and dining area flows straight into the kitchen, with an island, bar stools, and a bar area under a neon sign where the first round gets poured.
Three of the four bedrooms open to their own private bathrooms, so the queue for the shower never becomes a group project. A balcony off the building's facade overlooks the walkway and landscaping out front, a quiet spot for morning coffee before the day gets going.
The standout is the garage, reworked into a game room with a ping pong table, Connect Four, a ring toss game, and a TV for the nights nobody wants to go out. Spend the day exploring 12 South and the Gulch, grab dinner and drinks close by, then come home to garage tournaments before everyone splits off to their own room to crash.
