The space
Forget splitting up to find a bar. Gulch Hub built one right into the living room, with a glass-top bar table, pink chairs, and a neon happy hour sign glowing over the group before anyone even leaves the house. The open kitchen and living room keep everyone in one conversation, with a kitchen island, bar stools, and a sectional sofa facing a mounted TV and electric fireplace.
It sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so nobody's stuck on an air mattress in the hallway. The theme carries into the details: a neon-lit queen bedroom with a striped accent wall, a king room under a pink ceiling, and a stacked-bed room wrapped in cassette tape wallpaper with its own dresser, TV, and en-suite bathroom entrance.
A bathroom off one of the rooms hangs microphone decor over a standalone soaking tub, so even the baths keep the party theme going. Spend the day out in Nashville, come back for happy hour at the bar table, then let the party carry into the disco-lit theme room before everyone splits off to sleep.
