The space
Four real bedrooms mean your group spreads out at night instead of fighting over a couch, and the downstairs game room becomes the spot everyone drifts back to before bed. The open kitchen looks over an island with bar stools, so the cook stays part of the conversation while the living room TV and guitar-themed wall art set the backdrop for group hangouts.
A hallway lined with mounted guitars and a colorful mural on the building's facade carry the music theme through the house, a nod to the city just outside the door.
