The space
No air mattresses, no drawing straws for the good room. Two complete homes stand side by side here, so every family or friend group gets its own front door, its own kitchen, and a real bed for every single sleeper. Home One holds four bedrooms plus a bonus room with three single beds, its kitchen opening straight into the living and dining area so the cook stays part of the conversation.
Its rooftop deck looks over the Nashville skyline, strung with lights and set up with lounge seating for a sunset drink before the group heads out. Home Two mirrors it almost exactly: four more bedrooms, its own bonus room, its own kitchen and living room, and a second rooftop deck with bar seating and skyline views. Two decks mean two sunset toasts, or one big one if the whole group wants to end the night together.
Spend the day at Geodis Park, take a short rideshare into the lights of lower Broadway, then come home to grill out before the group heads up to the rooftops as the neon signs switch on and the skyline lights up.
