The space
Two full front doors, two full kitchens, and two living rooms mean this group never splits down to one bathroom line or one coffee pot. Each home stands complete on its own, so families or friend groups can spread out and still be steps from each other all weekend.
Home One holds four bedrooms off a kitchen open to the living and dining area, so the cook is never cut out of the conversation, plus a bonus room with three single beds for extra sleepers. Its rooftop deck looks over the Nashville skyline with string lights and bar seating, built for a sunset drink before everyone heads out.
Home Two mirrors it almost exactly: four more bedrooms, a second full kitchen and living room, a matching bonus room, and a second private rooftop deck with its own skyline view and neon sign. Two decks means two sunset toasts, or one big one if the whole group wants to end the night together.
Spend the day at Geodis Park or catching a set at Zanies, grill out on the gas grill, then take the party up to the rooftops as the skyline lights up and the neon signs switch on before everyone retreats to their own home to actually sleep.
