The space
Two front doors, two kitchens, two rooftop decks. Twin Skyline gives your group double the space to spread out, with zero walls shared between families or friend groups. Home 1 holds four bedrooms plus a separate bonus room with three single beds, its kitchen open to the living and dining area so the cook never misses the conversation.
Its own rooftop deck looks out over the skyline against an artificial grass wall, strung with lights for a sunset drink before the group heads out. Home 2 mirrors it almost exactly: four more bedrooms, its own separate bonus room, a second kitchen and living room, and a second rooftop deck with skyline views and bar seating.
Two decks means two sunset toasts, or one big one if the whole group wants to end the night together. Spend the day at Geodis Park or catching a set at Zanies, grab a plate at the grill, then ride into Broadway for the honky-tonks before regrouping on the rooftops as the neon signs switch on.

This setup works best for large families, bachelorette parties, and reunions that want everyone close without piling into one house. It's not designed for events with guests outside your registered group.
