The space
Two front doors open onto exclusive access to both homes, with no shared spaces and no other guests on site. A shared rooftop deck pulls everyone back together after dark, where you can soak in the hot tub as the skyline lights up and gather around the fire pit for drinks.
Home 1 holds four bedrooms, a kitchen with a dark-countered island and pendant lighting that opens straight to the living room, and a stacked washer and dryer tucked off the hall. A pull-out sofa adds extra sleeping space without crowding the bedrooms, and a built-in makeup and getting-ready area makes group prep easy before a night out.
Home 2 mirrors it bedroom for bedroom, with its own kitchen and living room so neither group ever has to wait on the other for coffee or counter space. Neon signs reading "This must be the place" and "It was all a dream" line the hallways, alongside floral wallpaper and statement chandeliers that give each room its own personality.
Spend the day exploring Germantown and the riverfront, grill out as the sun drops, then head up to the rooftop for drinks in the hot tub and a fire pit glow before everyone splits back to their own home to sleep.
