This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $3,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Exterior security cameras on property
Spent NYE on broadway. This was a great place to stay! Ubers were cheap & it was easy to get to broadway. Loved being able to hang out by the fire pit on the rooftop! The place is very nice & Steve is a great host. Our stay was amazing. 10 minutes from downtown. Uber rides were less than $10 each way (still less than parking). The condo was amazing! Very clean. If you don’t do stairs well, this place isn’t for you. But then again, it’s Nashville and all there are, are stairs! So hit that stair master weeks before you go and giddy-up! So glad we picked this location! Absolutely loved our stay. The beds were comfortable! Places was just as described! Steve was very kind! Great location. About 3-5 miles from anywhere you want to go. Easy to get a Lyft or Uber. Place was described exactly how Steve said it was. Steve is extremely responsive. I had a few questions and he got back to me right away which I really appreciated. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
