The space
Every room at Splashville commits to its own color story, from coral pillows against a wood accent wall to floral wallpaper and a velvet headboard two doors down. This is a house built for groups who want their photos as memorable as their trip. The open kitchen anchors the home, with an island, gas range, and dishwasher facing straight into a living room done up in blue sofa, pink armchairs, and a lit-up neon sign.
Nobody cooking is stuck away from the group, and the living room comfortably holds everyone for a movie night or pre-dinner drinks. Outside, a hot tub sits alongside a gas grill and dining table, the spot where the group actually lands each evening.
Spend the day exploring Broadway or Germantown, grill out and settle into the hot tub once the sun goes down, then wind down in bedrooms with their own distinct personalities.
A second full bathroom carries light blue tile and a double vanity, while one bedroom has its own en-suite entrance for whoever wants extra privacy, and a built-in makeup and getting-ready area keeps the whole group from fighting over one mirror before a night out.
