The space
Splashville pulls a crowd together fast, with an open living room and kitchen that keep the group in one spot instead of scattered across separate rooms. The blue sofa and pink armchairs give everyone a place to land after a day out, TV on, kitchen island within reach for whoever's on snack duty.
The kitchen island, gas stove, and full-size fridge mean the whole group can cook at once instead of taking turns, and the living space opens right into it so the cook is never cut off from the conversation.
Four bedrooms plus a pull-out sofa give the group room to spread out while still sharing the run of the house, and a built-in makeup and getting-ready area means nobody's fighting over a bathroom mirror before a night out. Out back, the hot tub deck is the real gathering spot, string lights on, gas grill going, and an outdoor dining table for a group dinner before anyone climbs in.
