The space
This is a group house built for spreading out during the day and pulling everyone back together at night. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms mean nobody is waiting in line before heading out. The main floor opens the kitchen straight into the living room, so whoever is cooking never misses the conversation.
A granite island with bar stools gives the group extra prep and seating space, and the sectional sofa is built for a crowd to land on after a day out. The rooftop deck is the real draw here: a dining table, sofa, and string lights turn it into the spot where the whole trip peaks, especially once the sky turns pink over the skyline.
Spend the day exploring East Nashville or Broadway, come back for rooftop drinks at sunset, then wind down over dinner at the outdoor table before everyone splits off to their own room.
