The space
Sunset Views is built for a crew that wants company and independence, with four bedrooms and multiple living areas spread through a multi-level Nashville house. Nobody's stuck on an air mattress here, and nobody's stuck alone either.
The open kitchen looks straight into the living room, so whoever's cooking still catches every conversation, with a granite island and bar stools for the group to gather around before heading out for the night. Upstairs, the rooftop deck is the real draw. A dining table, sofa seating, and string lights turn it into the obvious gathering spot once the sun starts dropping over the skyline.
Spend the day checking out Nissan Stadium or Shelby Park, grab barbecue at Jack's, then head back to watch the city change color from the roof before everyone splits off to their own bed.
