The space
Picture 24 people, two full homes, and a hot tub under the stars when the group is ready to unwind. Mega Splash Social turns a bachelorette weekend, milestone birthday, or team reunion into a real takeover of Music City. Each home has its own kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and private entrance, so your group gets exclusive use of both with nothing shared outside the party.
One home centers on the hot tub and mini golf putting green out back; the other turns its garage into a full game room with pool table, arcade, and foosball. Multiple balconies and third-floor decks look out over the skyline, while two separate backyards give each home its own patio, grill, and lounge space to spread into.
Grill out and soak in the hot tub by day, head down to Broadway for the night, then come home to split off between game room showdowns and rooftop downtime until everyone's ready to crash.
