The space
A group this size doesn't need to squeeze into one house. Mega Splash Social hands your crew two complete homes side by side, each with its own front door, kitchen, and living room, so everyone gets room to spread out and still ends up together by night. Home 1 is where the group unwinds: a private hot tub, a backyard putting green, and a fire pit and cornhole set for evenings outside.
Balconies, ground-floor decks, and a third-floor deck at Home 1 look out over the block, perfect for a quiet coffee before the day gets going or a nightcap after Broadway. Home 2 keeps the energy up, with a garage converted into a game lounge (foosball table, giant connect four, and a sofa to watch the action) plus a separate game room with a pool table and an arcade machine.
