The properties are beautiful and sleep a lot of people. There was an issue with the previous renter in one of the units which cause a lot of issues and delays. There was a four hr delay in check in for one property due to the tremendous damage and mess. One woman was sent to clean up four levels. She did the best she could but it was really dirty and messy. Another property should have been offered as a replacement. There was a marijuana smell in the downstairs bedrooms, damage to the master bedroom with blood and the floors and walls were sticky. <br/>The property is located an uber ride to Broadway and plenty of room for 22 people to sleep but we were the unlucky ones that rented after a HUGE party. We requested a call from the property manager and never got one to discuss. Taylor

My giant extended family had a lovely time celebrating Thanksgiving at this property. I appreciated that the kitchens were fully stocked with most of the cooking tools necessary for the massive meal. You can walk to Centennial Park from the property, and it’s an absolute must-see when visiting Nashville. The game rooms kept the kids busy for hours, and we had enough space, beds, and bathrooms to keep all 16 of us comfortable. Thank you to Steve for the quick communication! Please note that while the neighborhood is lovely, there were a couple sketchy incidents (like a dude rifling through the outside trash cans in the alley) that reminded us to keep doors locked and our eyes on kids. Overall, would totally stay there again! Stayed here for a corporate meeting - Steve is a great host and will be returning next year! We were visiting Nashville for the first time and found Steve’s Airbnb. I’m thankful we found this home. We had a large party, everyone had plenty of space. It was very roomy with great spots for photos. The pool table was a great addition. We look forward to staying here in the future.
